One Smt. Mousumi Ghosh w/o Amitava Ghose of Baranagar lodged a written complaint to the effect that she alongwith her husband and others having one Construction Company. She was threatened with dire consequences by one Tanmoy Ghose and others demanding 20 Lakhs from his company. On 04/02/2011 Tanmoy asked her to come at Regent Bar,  B T Road, Khardah with Rs. 10,000/- .Accused posed himself as High Court Judge and was extorting money from the victims. He alongwith his three associates Partha Sarathi Bhowmik , Indranil Choudhury @ Babin & Samar Ghosh -accomplishes have been arrested by CID officers on 04/02/2011. This refers to Baranagar PS Case No. – 52 dated 04/02/2011, u/s -  384 / 419 / 420 / 471 / 468 / 120(B) / 34 IPC.
