Conviction in CID Investigated Case.

Raina PS Case No. 140/10 dated 15.11.10 u/s 395/412 IPC. 05 accused persons have been convicted in this case by the Ld. ADSJ, Fast Track, 1st Court Burdwan. Accused Sk Sukur, Sk Munna, Krishna Bagdi, Sirajul Haque Mondal have been convicted u/s 395/412 IPC and Bhagirathi Singh is convicted u/s 412 IPC and all of them were sentenced for 8 years rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs 10,000/ each.
