On 29/3/2012 the Ld. Addl.Dist. Session Judge, Paschim Medinipur passed an order for sentenceto regerious imprisonment(RI) of (i) Satyendra Sing, (ii) Sailendra Singh & (iii) Dhananjoy Singh all of Baniapur, Saren, Chapra, Bihar in c/w Jhargram GRPS Case No. 05/2005 dated 8/7/2005 u/s 395/412/400/419/120B IPC, ST No. 33(5)06. This case was investigated by CID WB.
